Tom Bosma

Tom Bosma is a Project Engineer specializing in Offshore Wind at Van Oord since March 2022, focusing on cable installation projects in both execution and tendering phases, notably preparing the cable lay scope for RWE's Sofia Offshore Wind Farm in 2024. Bosma has prior experience at TU Delft, serving as a Project Assistant in the Study Climate program, as well as in various roles such as Research Assistant focused on Submerged Floating Tunnels, and Student Assistant for a Programming Course in BSc Civil Engineering. Previous experience includes an internship in the Project Management Office at Van Oord, aimed at enhancing the exchange of sustainable initiatives, and participation in multiple committees within student organizations. Bosma holds a Master’s degree in Offshore & Dredging Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with a TVWO degree in Natuur & Techniek from RSG Slingerbos | Levant.
