Yorgo Nahas

Yorgo Nahas is a Project Engineer specializing in offshore wind projects at Van Oord since March 2024. Prior to this role, Yorgo served as a Consultant and Business Analyst in the energy and industrial sectors at BIP from December 2021 to January 2024. Yorgo’s previous experience includes serving as a System Engineer at Johnson Controls from September 2019 to December 2021, and working as a Mechanical Lab Assistant at the University of Balamand from September 2015 to July 2017. Yorgo's early experience also includes internships at GTSC UAE and Chekka Sugar Refinery in 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (2017-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Balamand (2014-2017).
