Yerzhan Magzhanov

Yerzhan Magzhanov, ACCA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Group Controller and Finance Manager at Van Oord since 2023. In this role, Yerzhan oversees 27 financial controllers, enhancing financial reporting practices and leading the FP&A process across two business units. With extensive experience at PwC from 2014 to 2023, Yerzhan has held various positions, including Senior Associate and Audit Manager, where leadership in high-pressure projects and audits for multinational companies was demonstrated.
