Scott Waggoner

Scott Waggoner is currently the Manager-Talent Acquisition & Strategy at Van Wall Equipment, the largest Deere dealer in the state of Iowa. Scott has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago. At Van Wall Equipment, Scott is responsible for all hiring at 31 locations across four states and manages the recruiting process for the John Deere Agricultural Technician program. Additionally, Scott has experience in event planning and managing social media from previous positions.
