Jayson Maas

Jayson Maas has extensive experience in engineering and management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Business Unit Director for Hydraulic and Engine driven products at Vanair® since September 2009. In this role, Jayson is responsible for forming and leading a team of engineers while focusing on enhancing profitability. Previously, Jayson held positions as Engineering Manager for various products, overseeing teams dedicated to new product design, launch, and improvement, including the integration of Goodall products after acquisition. Prior experience includes roles at Sullair as a Senior Analyst in Drafting/Design Services, where Jayson led the redesign of a major air compressor, and positions at Tigmasters and Metal Processors, Inc. Jayson earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Electrical Engineering, as well as an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Purdue University.
