Kai Justice

Kai Justice is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder at ConcisionAg since 2022, Kai also holds the position of Director of Engineering at Vanair®, a Lincoln Electric Company, since May 2014, with previous roles including Manager of Research and Development and Electrical Engineer. Early career experiences include internships at NiSource and ArcelorMittal, and entrepreneurial venture as Business Owner of Terrarium Supply Company LLC, specializing in exotic animals. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Engineering from Valparaiso University and Bachelor's Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University.
