Marcus Thoreson

Marcus Thoreson is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience in design and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Vanair since April 2018, Marcus has previously held positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Dwyer Instruments, Inc., where responsibilities included co-developing products from conception to market release. Marcus's career also includes contributions as a Design Engineer at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc., focusing on heavy-duty windshield wiper system design, and earlier roles at AlliedSignal Aircraft Landing Systems and IBM, where engineering leadership and system design were pivotal. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, obtained in 1985.
