Karen Field has extensive experience in customer service and sales roles, currently serving as a Case Handler at Vanarama since April 2021. Prior to this, Karen worked as a Sales Account Manager at Fortrade Ltd. from February 2020 to August 2021, and held multiple positions at BrightHouse, including Customer Verification Assessor, Deputy Manager, and Customer Service Advisor from December 2014 to August 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Receptionist at Pro-com Europe and Sales Assistant/Assistant Manager at Kids styleast. Additionally, Karen began a career in the beauty industry as a Trainee at TONI&GUY. Educational qualifications include an Access Higher Education diploma covering Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Math’s, and Communications from West Herts College (2009-2011), alongside further education from Aston and Fincher and Longdean School.
