Beth Freeman is the VP & Director of Marketing & Business Development at VHB. Beth has over 14 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, with a focus on marketing and business development.

Freeman began their career at HNTB in July 2001, where they served as the Associate Vice President | Division Marketing Director. In this role, they directed the marketing activities for HNTB’s Northeast Division, which encompassed nine states and more than 900 professionals. Her responsibilities included establishing proactive strategies for continuous growth, building and maintaining effective client relationships, and achieving sales goals.

In October 2015, Freeman joined VHB, where they have continued to develop their skills in marketing and business development. In their current role, they are responsible for strategic planning, proposal leadership, overall division communications, and training for sales- and marketing-related processes. Under their leadership, the division has consistently achieved a 60%+ win rate for proposals and 75%+ for mega projects.

Freeman has a proven track record of success in the engineering and construction industry. Beth is a strategic thinker with a passion for developing creative solutions to complex problems. Her experience in leading teams and managing projects makes their an asset to any organization.

After completing their undergraduate studies in marketing at Marquette University, Beth Freeman furthered their education by obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same school. In addition to their academic credentials, Beth is also a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) through the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).

They work with Eric Hartmann - SVP & CFO, Dave Mulholland - SVP & CTO, and Maureen Hogan - CCO. Their manager is Mike Carragher, Chairman, CEO & President.
