Diane Linderman

Diane Linderman, PE, is the Managing Director of VHB’s Richmond office since May 2005, responsible for the development and implementation of the office’s growth strategy while overseeing a team that delivers land development, transportation, and environmental services throughout central Virginia. Prior to this role, Diane served as the Senior Advisor and Director of Public Works for the City of Richmond from August 1991 to March 2005, where leadership was provided to over 600 employees in various departments, including Transportation and Environmental services. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, earned between 1975 and 1979.
