Jenny Kapelyan

Jenny Kapelyan is a seasoned professional in operations and project management, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for the Northeast at VHB since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP USA) from June 2015 to September 2022, where responsibilities encompassed client coordination, budget control, progress reporting, and document management as Project Controls Manager. Jenny's tenure at Parsons Brinckerhoff began in November 1997, transitioning from NY Marketing Manager to Project Controls Manager, while also overseeing two project offices. Early career experience includes a Co-op position as a Civil Engineer at Travelers Insurance Company. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, earned in 1997.
