Jeff Boehning

Jeff Boehning has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jeff started their career at The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. in 2002, where they held several positions, including overseeing the establishment of an Asset Management team for a $4.2 billion REIT. Jeff also developed a "Custom" 1031 Exchange program within Inland's tenant-in-common company. In 2007, they joined LaSalle Investment Management as a Senior Vice President. In 2012, they joined Linear Retail Properties as the Senior Vice President, leading a team and overseeing all Asset Management responsibilities for a $550 million portfolio of shopping centers and urban retail condominiums. Since 2015, they have been working at STAG Industrial, Inc., first as the VP of Regional Manager Asset Management and currently as the SVP of Regional Manager Operations for the Northeast Region.

Jeff Boehning has an MBA in Real Estate Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Jeff also has a B.S. in Finance, with a minor in Economics, from Elon University.
