Jordan Powell

Jordan Powell, AICP, is a skilled transportation planner currently at VHB since May 2022. Previously, Jordan served as a Complete Streets Planner for the Town of Chapel Hill, NC, from December 2020 to November 2022. With a strong background in workforce development, Jordan held the position of Director of Workforce Development at AGC of California from April 2018 to September 2020, focusing on project management, strategic planning, and executive leadership. Additional experience includes roles at the American River Parkway Foundation, AmeriCorps NCCC, and as a teaching assistant during Jordan's academic journey. Jordan earned a Master of City and Regional Planning with a concentration in Transportation Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and Journalism from the same institution, and completed a Summer Institute in City Planning at the University of California, Berkeley.
