Jorge Luna

Jorge Luna currently serves as the South Atlantic Area Director of Transit and Rail at VHB, a role held since September 2024. Prior to this position, Jorge was with HDR from July 2017 to September 2024, where responsibilities included Associate Vice President and NC/SC/GA Transit Market Sector Lead, as well as Senior Transit Planner. Additionally, Jorge has held teaching positions as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Tech in early 2023 and at the College of Charleston in late 2018. Earlier career experience includes roles as Service Planning Manager and Senior Planner at Valley Metro RPTA from February 2014 to June 2017. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Arizona State University and a BA in Urban Affairs and Global Development from Virginia Tech.
