Seth Lattrell

Seth Lattrell serves as the New England Energy Market Lead at VHB since March 2023 and has been the Port Authority Deputy/Planner for the City of Salem, Massachusetts, since August 2019, where responsibilities include leading port and harbor planning efforts and managing the redevelopment of Salem Harbor for offshore wind initiatives. Prior experience at VHB from August 2014 to August 2019 includes managing permitting processes for significant projects such as GE's Headquarters relocation and other major redevelopment efforts. Lattrell also worked as a Regulatory/Permitting Specialist at Bourne Consulting Engineering from March 2012 to July 2014, overseeing permitting for waterfront construction projects. Currently pursuing a Certificate in Offshore Wind from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Lattrell holds a BA in Maritime Studies with a minor in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
