Thomas Francoeur

Thomas Francoeur is a highly experienced environmental professional currently serving as Senior Managing Scientist at VHB since March 2019 and at The Johnson Company since September 2016, where leadership responsibilities include guiding a skilled team of environmental and civil professionals. Prior to these roles, Thomas led Expert and Liability Consulting Services at Woodard & Curran from 1998 to June 2016, contributing to complex environmental cases. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer and Business Center Manager at Woodard & Curran, overseeing significant revenues and staff while managing strategic planning for various consulting services. Earlier career achievements include co-founding Atlantic Ecotechnologies and holding multiple positions including Site Leader and Project Chemist at E.C. Jordan/C.E. Environmental/ABB Environmental. Thomas holds a BA in Chemistry and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College.
