Ananya Reddy Kunduru

Ananya Reddy Kunduru is currently engaged at Vance as a member of the People Success team since September 2023 and has been a member at The Talent Deck since July 2022. Previously, Ananya held a role within the People Team at FamPay from June 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included shaping organizational culture, managing employee journeys, and overseeing compliance operations. Additional experience includes roles in organizational development at SysCloud, employer branding at Carpediem, and human resources at Promantra Inc. Ananya's early career involved project management in marketing at WINGO Creative Agency and software engineering at HSBC Software Development India. Ananya holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development & Management and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology.
