Pierre Guinet

Pierre Guinet has extensive experience in human resources and engineering, currently serving as Head of HR Group and Responsable recrutement at Vancelian since April 2021. Previously, Pierre was the CEO of M-Pearl from November 2017 to March 2021, where the company developed a pioneering recruitment platform utilizing semantic artificial intelligence for anonymous job matching. Between February 2011 and November 2017, Pierre worked at Davidson Consulting as Manager Ingénieur d'Affaires, focusing on recruitment and business development across various sectors including energy and transport. Prior to that, Pierre held technical roles at Metso, Safran Aircraft Engines, and Glynwed Pipe Systems India Pvt. Ltd. Pierre holds an engineering degree in Mechanical and Development from INSA Lyon and a DUT in Mechanical Engineering from IUT Lyon 1.
