Rémi Gélibert is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading IT teams and implementing innovative solutions across various startups. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Rayn since October 2021, Rémi has established and structured multiple Scrum teams, overseeing backend and frontend development, data architecture on Google Cloud, and enhancing team dynamics. Previously, Rémi held the CTO role at WeOpt, focusing on cloud architecture and technical direction for a small team. Between 2009 and 2018, Rémi worked at Sopra Steria, managing large teams and projects as an agency technical manager and Java EE architect, while also implementing quality procedures and fostering career development. Rémi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Université Paul Cézanne.
