Gerry Gilbert

Gerry Gilbert has over 25 years of work experience in the payments industry. Gerry currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Payments at Vanco, a role they have had since January 2023. Prior to that, from November 2021 to September 2022, they served as Vice President, Product Management, PMO & Sales Engineering at CITCON.

From 2017 to 2020, Gerry was employed at Blackhawk Network, where they held various roles including Vice President, Global Commerce Services & Customer Experience. During their time at Blackhawk Network, they managed a 50-product portfolio generating over $1 billion in revenue and served on the extended executive management team, working directly with the CEO on product roadmaps and strategy.

Before joining Blackhawk Network, Gerry worked at CashStar from 2014 to 2017, initially as the Director of Product Management and later as the Vice President of Product Management & Customer Experience. At CashStar, they oversaw the entire $45 million product organization and played a key role in the due diligence process for the company's sale to Blackhawk.

Gerry's earlier experience includes roles at Intuit, Electronic Clearing House Inc., CyberSource (A Visa Company), Lightbridge, Inc., and Chase Paymentech, where they gained extensive expertise in product management and customer experience in the payments industry.

Gerry Gilbert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996 from Saint Anselm College. In 2013, Gerry also obtained the Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner Credential from Intuit.
