Matt Strelecki

Matt Strelecki has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at Vanco, leading the highest revenue-producing team and focusing on maximizing client satisfaction and fueling revenue growth. Previously, they were the Co-founder and Chief Customer Officer at Leadr, where they played a pivotal role in growing the startup from $0 to $2 million in 18 months. Matt also held roles at Pushpay, including VP of Community and VP of Customer Success, where they successfully scaled the Customer Success department and set strategic directions to enhance customer experience. Matt began their career as an Executive Pastor at Newport Church, where they served for almost a decade.

Matt Strelecki attended Grand Valley State University, where they studied Biomedical Sciences. Matt also enrolled at Hillsong College in Australia, earning a degree in Pastoral Leadership.
