Oliver Chang

Oliver Chang is an experienced Chief Product & Technology Officer with a strong background in product, innovation and payments and over 20 years of experience in the payments industry.

Prior to joining Vanco as the Chief Product & Technology Officer in May 2023, Oliver held executive positions at several leading payments companies, including First Data, JPMorgan Chase and PayPal. At these companies, he was responsible for developing and launching innovative products and driving product innovation, which helped businesses to streamline their operations and improve their customer experience.

Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
