Mark Finn

Mark Finn is an experienced professional in the hospitality and guest experience sectors, currently serving as the Guest Experience Manager at Vancouver Aquarium since August 2021. Prior roles include DCA Certified Diamontologist at Spence Diamonds and General Manager at Skwachàys Lodge, a unique enterprise in Vancouver that combines social housing with Indigenous art and culture. Mark has also held significant positions at Rosewood Hotel Georgia as Manager on Duty and Chef Concierge, and served as Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility for Les Clefs d'Or® International, where initiatives were established for a global membership. Additional experience includes customer service consultancy roles at Rosewood properties and concierge positions across various luxury hotels. Mark holds a Diploma in Tourism Hospitality Management from the College of the North Atlantic.
