Wesley Phillips

Wesley Phillips is a seasoned marketing performance and insights manager at Vancity, leveraging extensive experience in data analytics and team leadership since joining in June 2014. In the current role, Wesley has significantly improved campaign processes and coached analysts through organizational changes and increased workloads. Prior roles include developing innovative data models for staffing optimization, leading agile teams for impact lending solutions, and creating data visualizations in Power BI. With a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance from UBC Sauder School of Business, Wesley’s career also includes roles at Loblaw Companies Limited and foundational experiences in financial systems and member service.
