Eric Reichert

Eric Reichert is a Systems Support Analyst at Vancouver Clinic since September 2021 and previously served as Service Desk Supervisor at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC from September 2008 to May 2018. In this role, Eric oversaw a team providing technical support to over 100 branch offices, managed the company's client website, and promoted a quality-driven, service-oriented approach. Eric also worked as a System Administrator, delivering support for financial advisor teams and managing vendor services, as well as a Help Desk Administrator, where Eric effectively managed a high volume of technical support calls.
