Medical Director of Primary Care Dr. Michael Paull finds innovative ways to help patients live healthier lives. He guides critical COVID-19 decisions that protect the health and safety of the community, providers, and staff. He also leads a blood pressure initiative that enables more patients to control their hypertension and reduce their risk of heart disease and other serious conditions. Dr. Paull continues to help the clinic develop a more patient-centric, team-based approach to primary care that is improving the experience for providers and patients alike. He previously helped increase efficiency with a centralized prescription refill program for primary care.

As a physician, Dr. Paull provides comprehensive primary care to patients and their families. He strives to build relationships based on mutual trust and respect. Dr. Paull believes that talking to patients about nutrition and exercise, educating and empowering them about their current medical conditions, and encouraging preventive screenings sets people up for long-term wellness.

Dr. Paull is board certified in family medicine and has more than 10 years of experience. He completed an internship, residency, and chief residency through the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

Raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Paull is proud to call the Pacific Northwest home. He and his wife, a fellow Vancouver Clinic physician, have two children. Dr. Paull enjoys taking family road trips, cooking with his spouse, skateboarding with his daughter, building Lego creations with his son, and coaching youth soccer.
