Elaine Pedersen

Elaine Pedersen, MA, BCom, CPHR, Prosci has extensive experience in organizational and people development. Elaine has held various roles such as Director of Recruitment & People Development at Vancouver Community College, Trainer at ACHIEVE Centre for Leadership & Workplace Performance, and Organizational Development Consultant at New View Society. In addition, they have experience as a Training and Development Manager at Services Optométriques Inc and as a BC Regional Manager, Field Operations at News Marketing Canada. Elaine has also worked as a Supervisor at Hudson's Bay Company.

Elaine Pedersen holds a Master's Degree in Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, obtained in the years 2014 to 2016. Elaine also completed their Bachelor's of Commerce with a focus on Marketing at UBC Sauder School of Business from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in Talent Acquisition, Workplace Mental Health Leadership, Coaching, Change Management, and more from esteemed institutions between 2010 and 2023. Elaine is also a member of CPHR BC & Yukon and holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation.
