Maynard A. Witvoet

Maynard A. Witvoet has a comprehensive background in labor and employee relations, holding various managerial and consultant roles in reputable educational institutions in British Columbia. From 2002 to 2017, they worked at The University of British Columbia, starting as a Human Resources Advisor and eventually becoming the Employee Relation Manager. In 2017, they transitioned to the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they held key positions such as Sr. Labour Relations Consultant and Manager of Labour Relations. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of People Relations at Vancouver Community College. Their responsibilities have included overseeing labor activities, collective agreement administration, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
