Michael Yue

Michael Yue has extensive experience in the field of education and community development. Michael has held various roles at Vancouver Community College, including Director and Manager of the Partnership Development Office. Their work focuses on creating innovative educational programs and fostering partnerships. Outside of VCC, they have also been involved in non-profit organizations like the BC Career Development Association and Cinevolution Media Arts Society. Additionally, they have volunteered their time in civic engagement initiatives in Richmond, BC.

Michael Yue completed their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Toronto in 1986. Michael then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Education specializing in Teacher Education (Economics and Public Affairs, English) at The University of Hong Kong from 1987 to 1988. Finally, they obtained a Masters in Education with a focus on Higher Education Studies from The University of British Columbia between 1991 and 1993.
