Rick Smith

Rick Smith has extensive experience in the IT industry, starting as a Team Leader at Mercer in 1999 and progressing to roles such as Manager of Technical Support at Raymond James Ltd. and Manager of Customer Care and Help Desk at Impark. Rick also worked as a Kitchen Designer at Deer Park Contracting and owned JB's Candy Shoppe, managing all aspects of the business. Currently, they are the Associate Director of IT Service Management at Vancouver Community College.

Rick Smith attended MacEwan University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Microcomputer Specialist.
