Trevor Maddern

Trevor Maddern has extensive experience in procurement and contract management. Trevor started as a Contract Manager at BC Public Service in 2009, eventually moving up to roles such as Performance Manager and Program Advisor. In 2014, they transitioned to Vancouver Community College, where they held positions including Manager, Procurement & Contract Development, Associate Director, Purchasing, and most recently Director, Procurement. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in managing procurement services, aligning department strategies with organizational goals, and leading change management efforts to increase efficiency and accountability.

Trevor Maddern obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from Lancaster University in the years 1999-2002. In 2012, they completed the British Columbia Government Procurement & Contract Management Program offered by BC Public Service.
