Rex C. is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in venue operations and customer service. At Vancouver Convention Centre since August 2016, Rex C. has excelled in roles ranging from Operations Manager to Building Operator, demonstrating leadership in managing guest services and event delivery, ensuring adherence to policies, and maintaining facility efficiency. Prior experience includes customer service at British Columbia Rapid Transit Company and facilities planning at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. Rex C. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Archaeology from Simon Fraser University, alongside a Certificate in Emergency Management from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
