Melissa Bay

Melissa Bay has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Melissa started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Boston Pizza in 2006, where they demonstrated success in recruitment and training. In 2013, they moved on to work as a Human Resources Generalist at Creation Technologies, where they provided support to a business unit of nearly 500 team members. Melissa'sresponsibilities included recruitment, benefits administration, health and safety, people engagement, culture, and administration. Currently, Melissa is serving as the Director of People & Culture at Vancouver Fire and Radius Security, where they oversee the overall management of the human resources function.

Melissa Bay obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, attending from 2007 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a certification in the BPM Leadership Development Program from Crestcom International in January 2022.
