Stephanie Lowe is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gordon Food Service since July 2024, managing recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs. Previously, at The Radius Group from March 2022 to July 2024, Stephanie conducted full-cycle recruitment across Canadian and American offices, onboarding over 150 employees and utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Predictive Index Assessment to optimize hires. Earlier roles include Recruitment Specialist at Canucks Sports & Entertainment and Human Resources Coordinator Intern at West Coast Seniors Housing Management, where dedicated efforts in scheduling, candidate screening, and onboarding were evident. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management & Marketing from Simon Fraser University, completed in December 2022.
