Donnie Jessie

Donnie Jessie is an experienced professional in the field of special education and community support. Currently serving as a Special Education Paraeducator at Vancouver Public Schools since October 2021, Donnie provides essential student support. As the Founder of Autistic Rhythm Inc. since August 2014, Donnie focuses on supplying teaching materials for students with special needs and securing grants through private donations. Previous roles include managing a professional band, Gertie's Ride, since 2005, and working with BRIDGES OF INDIANA as a Client Services Field Representative, supervising direct support professionals and clients. Donnie's experience also includes life skills coaching at Globe Star and mentoring autistic children at Ability Services Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in General Studies and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Indiana University Indianapolis.
