James Gray

James Gray currently serves as the Executive Director at Vancouver Public Schools since July 2019. Prior to this role, James held several positions within the Vancouver School District from March 2012 to July 2019, including High School Principal and Associate Principal, while also serving as Athletic Director and in curriculum and special education roles. James obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies from Western Washington University (1989-1995) and a Teacher Certification in Secondary Education from Eastern Washington University (1998-2000). Additionally, James is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration at Washington State University Vancouver, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
