Jennifer Fong

Jennifer Fong, CPHR, serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Vancouver Whitecaps FC, having advanced from the role of Director in August 2021. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Regional Director of Human Resources at The Sutton Place Hotels from 2009 to January 2021, where responsibilities included leading a multi-functional HR department and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Additionally, Jennifer served as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Red Robin Canada from 2007 to 2009, overseeing HR operations for 1500 team members. Jennifer Fong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University.
