Lana Desaegher

Lana Desaegher is a Senior HR Advisor at Vandelanotte, a leading accountancy and auditing firm in Belgium, since May 2021. Prior to this role, Lana served as a Senior HR Consultant at Ascento from April 2006 to May 2021, focusing on talent mobility and enhancing HR policies for organizations. Lana's career began at Argon Selectie as a Recruiter from 2001 to 2005, where professional support was provided in recruiting qualified staff for various companies. Lana initially gained experience as an intern at Orbid in 2001. Academically, Lana holds two Master’s degrees in Labor and Organizational Psychology and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven, completed between 1995 and 2001.
