Caroline McNaghten

Caroline McNaghten is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Social Media at Vandelay Hospitality Group since August 2025. Caroline has a strong background in strategic brand storytelling, creative direction, and community engagement. Prior to this role, Caroline was a Brand and Content Coordinator at Harwood International, where responsibilities included overseeing social media content and spearheading marketing campaigns. Additional experience includes roles in client services, public relations, and editorial work, with a solid foundation in communication and event coordination established through various internships and educational experiences. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Fashion Media, and Film with a minor in Advertising from Southern Methodist University.
