Natalia Nunes Domschke

Natalia Nunes Domschke is an accomplished R&D Application Expert specializing in plant-based products at Vandemoortele since July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Product Development & Support Manager for bakery products at the same company, and previously as a Scientist in the R&D Brand Value team at Mondelēz International, where significant contributions included production variability reduction and product reformulation for process cheese and grocery items.
