Brad de Boer

Brad De Boer has over 15 years of work experience. Brad recently worked as a Human Resources Director at Vander Haag's Inc. since July 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Recruitment & Retention Manager at Demco from October 2018 to June 2019. Brad also had a long tenure at Maintainer Corporation, where they held the position of Director of HR & Administrative Services from May 2007 to October 2018. In their role at Maintainer Corporation, they were responsible for overseeing all HR functions and supervising administrative tasks. Before that, Brad worked as a Clinic Manager at Hegg Medical Clinic/Avera from February 2004 to May 2007.

Brad De Boer attended the University of Sioux Falls from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an MBA degree in Business. Prior to that, they studied at Dordt University from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management.
