Danny Bonn

Danny Bonn serves as the Senior Director of Operations for Women's Services at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, overseeing a large department responsible for 5,300 deliveries annually within a $180 million budget. With a background in operations improvement, Bonn previously held the role of Associate Director of Operations Improvement, leading process enhancements that garnered $15 million in savings through Value Stream Mapping events. In addition to the current position, Bonn is an Adjunct Professor of Health Care Operations at Lipscomb University and has extensive experience in various administrative and operational roles within the health care sector. Bonn holds a Master's degree in Health Care Management from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Tennessee Technological University.
