Jennifer C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer started their career at Worldcolor as a Production Team Leader, where they led production crews and operated high-speed equipment. Jennifer then moved on to Dow Corning, where they served as an LMS Training Coordinator for Dow Corning University, managing employee training curriculums and delivering hands-on training. Jennifer also worked at Hemlock Semiconductor Corporation as an EHSS Systems Specialist and later as a Human Resource Administrator and Training Administrator Assistant, where they handled various HR duties, assisted with onboarding, and coordinated training programs.
