Joshua Kamradt

Joshua Kamradt has diverse work experience in the healthcare and IT industries. Joshua worked as a Principal IT Trainer - eLearning Developer at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where they were responsible for delivering eLearning content using Adobe Captivate and Photoshop. Joshua also developed eLearning curriculum and coordinated efforts across departments. Prior to that, Joshua worked as a Senior Instructional Analyst / E-Learning Project Consultant at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, where they developed eLearning curriculum for nurses, providers, and nursing students. Joshua also performed workflow and training analysis. Joshua's previous experience includes working as a Training Specialist - Intermediate at the University of Michigan Health System, where they were responsible for instructing providers and researchers in the Epic EHR. Joshua also has experience as a Patient Services Representative at the University of Michigan and as the IT Infrastructure Lead and Moderately Brawny Betty at The Betty Brigade, where they performed training and day-to-day operations.

Joshua Kamradt completed their Bachelor's degree in Management from Eastern Michigan University between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Epic Research Billing, Epic Autograder Badge, Dragon Medical Speech Recognition - Dragon Trainer, UpToDate Certified Trainer, and UMHS Credentialed Trainer in various domains between 2014 and 2020.
