Namrah Ajmal is currently the Head Resident at Vanderbilt Office of Student Housing since August 2020. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University Children's Learning Lab from January 2020 to January 2023, and as a Conservation & Rehabilitation Intern at Nashville Wildlife Conservation Center during the summer of 2021. Additionally, Namrah completed a summer internship at the American Muslim Advisory Council in 2020 and worked as a Math Instructor at Mathnasium in 2019. Namrah is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, expected to be completed in May 2027, after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering and Mathematics, with minors in Physics and Chemistry from Vanderbilt University in 2023. Namrah's educational journey began at Brentwood High School, graduating in 2019.
