Cynthia Paschal

Cynthia Paschal serves as the Senior Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education in the Office of the Dean at Vanderbilt University's School of Engineering since January 2019. In addition, Cynthia has been an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at Vanderbilt University since July 2000. Prior academic experience includes graduate studies at Case Western Reserve University from 1988 to 1992, where Cynthia earned a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. Cynthia's educational background also includes earning both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1986.
