Lena Kalandjian is an incoming Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company, with a diverse array of experiences across multiple sectors. Currently at Vanderbilt University, Lena serves as a Student Advisor for Dialogue Vanderbilt, a Research Assistant in the Ecology of Youth Engagement Lab, and a Writing Consultant. Previous roles include a Summer Analyst at DWS Group and extensive work with Sandy Hook Promise, where Lena developed violence prevention resources and moderated a panel on federal funding for youth violence prevention. As a National Youth Advisory Board Member and co-founder of a local SAVE Promise Club chapter, Lena has demonstrated a commitment to social justice and community engagement. Educationally, Lena holds a Bachelor's degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, with minors in Business, Sociology, and Chinese Language & Culture, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from North Broward Preparatory School.
