Nadine de la Rosa

Nadine De La Rosa, Ed.D, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Vanderbilt University, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning efforts within Student Affairs, managing information and data collection, and leading large-scale projects focused on assessment and continuous improvement. In addition, Nadine is a Project Manager and Assistant Director for First-Year Engagement and Community Development at Nashville Public Library, while also serving as a Board Member for Belcourt Theatre. Previous experience includes a role as Academic Life Coach at Vanderbilt University Graduate School from June 2021 to August 2022. Nadine holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University, earned between 2018 and 2021.
