Scott Paja

Scott Paja, Ph.D., serves as the Assistant Provost and Executive Director of Corporate Partnerships at Vanderbilt University since August 2022. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Associate Vice President of Partner Success at the University of Cincinnati from January 2021 to August 2022. Scott's extensive experience in higher education also includes various roles at Oregon State University, including Assistant Dean for Experiential Learning & Employer Relations, and earlier positions at Iowa State University and Grinnell College. Scott earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education-Leadership and Learning from Iowa State University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Secondary Education from Central College.
