Sebastiraj Arulanandu has extensive experience in software development and business process management, currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. Previously, Sebastiraj held the position of Director - Head for BPM Presales & Solutions at Virtusa from January 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading global BPM-Pega presales and solutions. Other notable roles include Senior Architect positions at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, as well as various architect and management positions at Wipro, MasterCard, and Level 3 Communications, focusing on BPM architecture, process optimization, and program management. Sebastiraj began the career as a Software Engineer at Nucleus Software after obtaining a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
